For this project, our client wanted to extend their Four-Season room by adding a custom-built deck. The project began the same way all Armstrong Builders’ projects do.… we listened to our client’s needs. From there, we created a design, coordinated with the landscaper and got to work.
Although there are a variety of materials that we can use to stay within your budget, the decking material you see in the photo is from Azek. It is a composite material that, with Armstrong Builders’ proper installation, comes with a limited 25-30 year warranty against fade and stain, material defects, termite and rot damage.
The railing you see is a vinyl railing from Fairway Building Products. Both the decking and railing come in a variety of colors to give the look and feel you want.
